Continuing the style of the commercial properties along Royal Avenue – the street has a ‘look’, usually stucco finished with a variety of window shapes progressing up the façade and commonly dormers on the top floor. This arrangement allowed for office chambers and other businesses to operate from the same building. This building turns the corner into William Street with a small dome and glazed cupola.
