1933 – Sures House, 1021 Wellington Crescent, Winnipeg

A beautiful house with a prominent and unique chimney to the front, a decorative brick bond, and three tall, graceful windows to the front entrance. Designed by Frank R. Lount and his son who owned it for several years but never lived in it. Completely renovated in 2009 and a modernised interior. Destroyed by fire in February 2014 and subsequently demolished
