Default planning permission?
Hi,
Does anyone know anything about 'default planning permission' or what to do i this situation?
I lodged a planning application for a one off house, it went through further information and the application was due for decision nearly 2 weeks ago. However neither myself nor the agent have received any notification of what the decision was.
I am worried because if the application was refused (I am pretty sure it was) then I am running out of time to appeal to An Bord Pleanala.
A friend told me that because the council messed up I am now entitled to planning by default. I looked up some regulations but nothing seemed very clear.
If this is true how do I go about it and what is my next step?
I would appreciate help a.s.a.p.
