Does the 7 year rule apply to change of use?
Hi guys
Just wondering if the 7 year rule applies to a change of use. Basically we have been operating a very small office from a house for approximately 8 years. No clients visiting, no passing trade just one person working in an office. We are now wondering if we need to apply for planning permission, for example if a neighbour made a complaint about this (they haven't to date) would we be covered?
Thanks in advance:confused:
