Minimal required knowledge and experiences:
· Relevant and Polyvalency of Experiences
· Autonomous and Organised
· Code & Zoning verifications
· Good Design knowledge and capacity to solve problems : we need
proactive people guided by common sense, a practical with good
hability to draw
· Schematic Design elaboration and construction details
· Solid knowledge of AUTOCAD 2005 (and future versions).
· LEED® Accredited Professional or becoming one soon is an asset.
· Knowing SketchUp is an asset
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
