I heard a rumour that Daniel Libeskind is scheduled to give a lecture in dublin in the very near future - I'm not in Ireland at the moment and i was trying to find out if this is true - can anybody verify it for me?

yea ite true hes comming to give a masterclass-sponsored by Henry J.Lyons and then a lecture at seven-posters up all around Bolton St. saying so.Same thing Palasama was here for last year.Regarding the college staying open-well it has before for Winnie Mass(MDVDR) 2 years ago so I doubt there will be a problem-the administration here could hardly muck it up could they?!

Yup, the students crits were interesting, espeically the five 5th year gallery projects.
The lecture was a brief review of his projects in, (I presume), some kind of chronological order. It was interesting if a little economical. In some ways his discriptions of the buildings exploded the myths and mystery that preside around his work, making them slightly less compelling. There were some parts of his theory that owed as much to post-rationalisation as to anything else.
