Opinions on Housing in Ireland (Cork)
Anyone wanting to air their views on the standard of build and design in Irish housing?
I am making a hort vox-pop for a conference and will vbe interviewing interested parties in the coming weeks.

Irish Housing?
Over-priced, bad design. All the same ( how could one spend 500k on a house that is identical with the one next door?? ) Where is the personal identity. I am not asking for each house to be different but a little variety wont hurt anyone.

Wonder how much insulation is going in these new houses.
Wonder why the government did not hack a deal with the developers insisting on the heavy use of solar panels on all these new buildings. ESB are having power generating issues as it is, without more new developments coming onstream.
