Where To Now?

Hi I am a 2nd year in Carlow Arch. Tech. Course, after this year where Do I go? I dont mind going to the UK, in fact I prefer it!) but I'd also like to know where In ireland. I would also like to get some info on Model making and the options available to me? can I do that and nothing else?
