relocating to Toronto after US work experience

I am planning to relocate to Toronto after working in New York city for number of years, and wondering if anyone can answer some of my questions in Toronto architecture scene:

1. Are there US architecture firms practicing (or have projects) in Toronto? (I am guessing I would find jobs easier this way since I have US work experience.)

2. Websites to check out to see Canadian architecture scene besides this one and OAA?

3. Process of getting Ontario architecture license if I already have the US one?

4. What is job market like in Toronto at this time?

I would appreciate whatever advices you have for me.
