Is Renzo Piano's "Shard of Glass" (Tower Gate Building?) going ahead or was that only a concept design?

i think the shard recently got planning approval. they are now deciding whether its commercially viable.

the site below shows new projects in the pipeline in london. quality varies.

Thanks for the link it is interesting

Arup and Atkins have been appointed as the team to scope design for the London Olympic facilities;

I'm sure that the stadium at least will make a good impact on the skyline of East London
