Help and Advise needed re: Proposed Drawings for Retention
Retention Application Drawings - 'Proposed'.
Could anyone tell me what the situation is regarding Drawings for retention that are marked 'proposed'.
Recently I viewed an application for retention and as I understand it due to a previous application being invalidated on the grounds As Application is for retention drawings should not be marked 'proposed'.. I wondered if anyone might know why the planning authority would validate this latest retention application when the Drawings are marked 'proposed' too?
Any explanation most appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Retention Application Drawings
The grounds for validation are covered in the P&D Regulations and they say nothing about not marking drawings 'proposed'.
I imagine the issue here is that drawings for retention must (by definition) show existing development (i.e. development carried out without planning permission).
Therefore the term proposed is inaccurate and potentially confusing?
