Best Universities for Masters in Canada and Australia

Hi.... I studied architecture in Peru, and graduated in decembre of 2002. Now I am searching universities to study a master...... don't know yet wher to go, but I'm thinking about Australia and Canada...... Do you know which universities are the best in architecure (for masters)... I've heard about UBC in Canada and University of Calgary... I am not sure how good they are. And in Australia, University of Melbourn........do you know something else that could help in my search??....... Thanks a lot!!!
