One good question
I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a very early sustainable building, i.e including solar cells, natural ventilation etc. Having difficulty finding a good example of the type. Cheers.

Re: One good question
An example that first saw sustainable practices being used as a viable alternative, rather than a showpiece. I would imagine the early to mid nineties is when the first of these buildings began to appear, but I stand to be corrected on that.

Well before sustainability was used in this context ~ do a google for Hassan Fathy & Gourna Housing project Egypt

Thanks Roger, that proved quite helpful. It was interesting too, might give his book a go.
