That sounds quite interesting. I was especially interested in the way in which a 'Heritage' watchdog is in favour of it. Does anyone by any chance have any photos of the present buildings or photomontages of the proposed replacement?

It makes me think of the city as a shopping body in itself, with any bad parts surgically removed! (quite medieval)
