I personally like "Detail" and "The Architectural Rewiev". I've been reading them troughout the college and found them very usefull and helpfull. Recently got a subscription to a magazine called "A+U". It's excelent and I'd recomend it.

Re: architecture magazines
i personally think that no magazine can help in designing. it is all about recalling and experiencing a space which is represented in your drawing. by the way the architectural review is good mag

Well, yes, no magazine can actually help you while designing, using ideas someone else got is or should be considerd plagiarism. At least I think so. But, gettin' to know whats new I find helpfull. Also, some magazine contain great deal of new construction details and knowing them can make your ideas much more practicable.
