Poll of the week

A new Opinion Poll every week would be great,

Something topical if possible and some novelty ones such as the more popular threads (by hits) being reviewed by the visitors to the site.

One feature I would like to see incorporated if possible would be to have a disscussion thread incorporated with a poll.

easy done... problem being the different poll each week - sometime hard to come up with something

The First poll could be one to nominate reserve polls for slow news weeks.

Some sample topics

Unbuilt Ireland Which Buildings were the biggest losses for not being built.

Then as Phil suggested Irelands best building, selecting various phases

Pre 1800, 1800-50, 1850-1900, 1900-25 1925-50 and then every decade later.

Irelands best/worst architectural makeover
