The British Columbia Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation (Canada) is having an open competition to build a provincial law enforcement monument on the grounds of the Legislature in Victoria. The Legislature was built by the well known architect Francis Rattenbury who built many Victoria and Vancouver landmarks.

There is no fee to enter. We are inviting expressions of interest.
