Roger's Building for Dublin?

Richard Rogers, the architect who designed the Millennium Dome, could soon leave his mark on the Dublin skyline. His company has been commissioned to design a building on Barrow Street for Treasury Holdings and a new headquarters for Elan.

Unlike Foster, I think Rogers produces far more average buildings than actual great buildings. I welcome this development but would rather see a fine public commission for architects of Rogers or Foster's standing.
