Ironic that during the recent flooding, and with the high tide of Sunday/Monday night, the only flooding experienced in Clontarf was outside the proposed extent of the berlin wall.

won't the water just go through the gap and up the path?

I seem to recall Harolds Cross and dolphins barn being quite far away from the sea

Anyway - it appears that our pathalogical hatred of gardening is to blame. And in 6 weeks time we'll be a bit cold and Dublin will have no water
