Anyone have a boundary dispute?
Hi all,
I am completing a PhD research project on Boundary Disputes in Ireland from the Dublin Institute of Technology. I am seeking people who have had a boundary issue/boundary dispute to complete my research questionnaire. Hope you can help. The link is below.

Re: Anyone have a boundary dispute?
"This research is attempting to identify what is causing the different types of boundary disputes currently occurring in Ireland and thereby propose solutions to minimise or eliminate their incidence in the future. Two secondary aims are (a) to analyse a number of case studies of particular boundary disputes to describe the issues in detail and (b) to estimate the costs occurred by all parties due to these disputes."
I think you may be coming a bit late to this particular party.
Are you familiar with the latest conveyancing Act?
ONQ.
