Seriously though, when people get over the shock of negative equity and fear of discovering their house too has pyrite in the foundations AND they have a few quid to spare - I expect to see some inspectiosn rolling in.

Mind you by then either the 5-years-after-completion limit for Building Control action or the 6 year statute of limitations may have kicked in, so it may be more of a trickle than a flood.
