Senior Project Architect

Gregory M. Ward, Architect provides architectural design services to a leading national design / implementation firm serving the financial services industry. The company’s offering includes design, construction management, branding strategies, print and multimedia merchandising, retail rollout campaigns and employee development programs.

To provide project management including design development, working drawings and construction administration for commercial projects that vary from small to large scale in size. As a key team member, you will collaborate with the project team (client, architectural and engineering team members) and on design and technical issues throughout the progress of the project, from design through to site administration.

• Bachelors Degree Architecture
• 7+ years of architectural practice
• Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
• A detailed knowledge of design development and preparation of construction documents for commercial projects
• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2007
• 3D SketchUp proficiency is an asset
• Excellent Written, Verbal and Presentation Communication skills
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
