Identify location

Found this image while browsing getty images. It is meant to be in Dublin but I suspect it could be Cork. Any ideas?
There looks to be remnants of a Bank of Ireland sign on the building in the background.

I dont think it is Cork.
Our horse troughs were stone, the cobbled street is too wide and I dont think we had a public toilet like that.
