Anyone know at what stage of completion is Orchard Gardens ?

At a guess I would say 80% complete, as far as I know the interiors have to be fitted and external balconies, windows etc. The Tesco Express is still going in on the ground floor.

Tesco Express opened opened a few days back and the building above it looks almost finished on the outside. The underground carpark for tesco is now open as well.

However the facade is far from complete on the college road side building and looks shabby
