''Garaicoa is analytical and critical in his approach to architectural theory and practice, seeing architectural reality as being, all too frequently, a hegemonic or totalitarian imposition rather than a democratic creation'' . . . . the I.T. arts guy

'architectural reality is, all too frequently, a hegemonic or totalitarian imposition' ?
. . . a bit less frequently now that Ceausescu's been dead more than twenty years I would have thought.
I think architectural reality is, all too frequently, a banal speculative imposition, so I suspect our Cuban friend may be shooting at the wrong target.
