Looking for a tenement interior

Hello all
I'm looking for a building in Dublin which still has a tenement feel to it... I know there are some on Henrietta st but the ones I have been in tend to have been restored to some degree or another... What I have in my head is Arran Quay late 80's .. something that is really abandoned and unloved. I am possibly doing a shoot soon which requires this and would be really grateful if anyone had a suggestion. Ideally it would be possible to arrange above board access too!
