Looking for a good building contractor

Hello all,

Apologies, as I'm sure this question has come up many times before. My parents are building a retirement home on a plot in Kildare. It has full planning.The design is contemporary with some nice quirky details (unfortunately the planners wouldn't let us run with a zinc roof:mad:). I'm a landscape architect and we have planted alot of trees already to give them a head start on the house. These will need to be protected during the build.

I'm looking to find a passionate, very competent builder who could project manage the build. Any suggestions of web sites or individuals people have worked with would be appreciated.
