Is the Jervis Street Shopping Centre under construction there? That would date the picture to about 1995 or so.

isn't that lots of old yellow buses on eden quay? and agree, the colourful cars seem typical of the 80s.

That's the Jervis Street Hospital with enormous 1930s-type blocks to the rear, Andrew. Bizarre place!
Are they three Georgians on Beresford Place beside Liberty Hall?

As you can see, these are photographs of photographs. Hence the poor quality on my part.
They're taken from an imaginatively titled book called "Dublin".
Published in 1987 by Gill & Macmillan. (ISBN 7171 1529 1).

And if anything, that strech along Batch's Walk has got worse.
