The use of the "spike" to "write" the message of thanks in Croke Park in the recent TV (Special Olympics) ad has an interesting footnote. Watch carefully how the spike draws a semi circle at the end of the message and when seen from above (to read the message) Croke Park has been transformed into a soccer layout. In other words, watch this space.......
