Anybody know what is happening to the large, clered site in this prime location?

From memory only the facades were left standing about a year , or so, ago.

It seems to have gone cold since.

Was originally a hotel and commercial development I think. Obv developer has runn out of cash or something.

Planning permission was given for a hotel, but rumour has it may become apartments.
