Former "x" shop, name escapes me.

I think it is illustrated in a book I have at home, will check tonight.

Two photos of part of the same building seem to be on p28 of
"A nostalgic look at Belfast Trams" by Mike Maybin.If so,

Old photo, no date but probably c1940's, shows it as Berris's furniture showroom.

Later photo, 1994 shows it empty and for sale.
Cannot trace it in UAHS "Central Belfast" book.Do you have street number.
