good post. an absolute disgrace. any one of these vaults can be said to be insignificant but all vaults on william st??
the city council are aware of the importance of these vaults. ignorance is not the reason

Great posts, I noticed these too when I was walking William St recently. I didn't realise they were pouring concrete into them. Very odd indeed, I assume they should have known these were there before the plan for William St was started.
