do i need planning permission?????
Hi I want to replace a wooden shed in my garden with a brick built structure, size is going to be approx 12' long,10' wideand approx 8' high, i was told for a structure this small i wouldnt need planning permission, but would like to hear from people who know:confused:

Grey areas include exempt development which is to the rear of the house but can be seen from the front - and whether or not there are existing unauthorised / exempt developments on the site which would bring the cumulative area over 40m2.
