New office building

A John O' Keefe was granted conditional planning by the city council to demolish the OK tool hire building over by Union Quay car park and build a 5 storey office building of 3700 sqm. This is the second application, last one was for 6 storeys which was refused by city planners and Bord Pleanala following objections from local residents. I imagine this one will go to Bord Pleanala also.
