Investing In an Apartment In Cork City - NEED ADVICE!!!!

Hi all,

I'm new to the site and I was wondering if you would be helpful enough to share your views with me!

I'm currently in the market for 1 or 2 apartments in Cork City centre as investment properties (I DON'T have a requirement for them to be sec 23/50).

Any suggestions as to what might be good value with great letting potential?

A couple I am looking at: (please point out any problems)

1: Camden Wharf - Phase 1(Red Brick) - (anyone have any idea as to if the 900 SQ ft apartments will be released when the 600 SQ ft ones sell?)

2: Lavitts Quay

Any others worth waiting for?

PS: Anyone know what the story with the WESTVIEW block of apartments on Washington St? Will they ever be sold?
