agricultural entrance
we are subdividing a field shortly and are looking to put an entrance into one section of it..what is the norm for doing this -rule wise? it is on a "back road" ,not near any other entrance or house.

Re: agricultural entrance
Geez, this must've been buried in the Christmas rush.
I don't know if new entrances are considered exempted development under some rural or agricultural exempted development schedule.
I think however that you will find it is not and you may need permission to multiply entrances into a field from a public road.
The planner will ask you what your intentions are, since the two requirements for development are services and access.
