I am currently in the process of doin a planning report in college. i was wondering if their was any exceptional sites with info regarding new developments / reviews / applications / planning in general!
Bit of a random long shot but anyway!

they scan in all planners reports, engneers reports etc for public viewing....


maybe use the gis mapping serives to have a look at large residential developments..... commercial developments etc...
