Compensation Dezoning

Hello,

I am doing a thesis on ministerial intervention in the planning process. If anyone had any knowledge in relation to compensation for land which was down zoned from a high value use like residential to say agricultural It would be much apprecIated.

Also any info regarding ministerial orders e.g. Laois\\monaghan
