Tara Street Station

Does anyone know what happened to the plans to redevelop Tara Street station. Iarnrod had a disply with much improved station and overhead tall building 5 or more years back but it just seems to have died a death....

I remember a piece about it last year but ive never seen anything about it since.
There's a lot of space there, but roofing the station does sound pretty difficult. Could the loopline viaduct actually hold a building?:confused:
