Planning Fees /Contributions

I have planning permission to build in the Fingal Co.co. area, my planning permission comes with a contribution request for 17k Euro. Now the question - is any of this contribution tax deducible? Like my bin charges.. Or do I have to grin and bear it?

Before the rant... I have no problem contributing but... 17k + additional costs like waste treatment plant (4-5k), potable wate tank(1-2k), connectin fees(600?), road opening license(?), waste management plan (?) the list is endless.

any ideas appreciated..
