yes, if there is sale on site its retail.

but, as always, clear this with the LA or Fire officer beforehand.....

Great, thanks Henno. Reason I'm asking is, having trouble with change of use to vet. competing vet has raised an objection saying barking at night will disturb residents overhead at night. was going to use the argument that a pet shop would be possibly be noisier, yet it doesn't need pp. only reason pp needed for vet is the whole 'clinic' class etc. what you think? also going to use the argument that building regulations should mean the unit is adequately sound proofed. comments for /against very welcome!
