Objection Notifiction
Just a quick one, if you lodge an objection to the UDC, do they have to inform you in writing of all correspondance with the developer... i.e. request for additional information etc.

Re: Objection Notifiction
Not sure about all correspondence but an AI request is treated like a decision. All parties are notified and should receive notification within 3 days. It's a dodgy one coz of the tight timelines involved. If you made a valid objection and weren't notified of the AI request, you've a case for invalidation or an extension of the deadline

cheers alonso,
Thought as much, but planners dont seem to want to share info here and rock the boat with this big time developer, even though his developments are always left unfinished and never in accordance with planning conditions. A well, the fight for proper planning goes on.
Cheers
