minor variation to planning
Can anyone enlighten me as to what constitutes a minor variation to planning permission?

Re: minor variation to planning
usually something small like a change in window width from say 600 to 900 or moving a door/window a small distance from where it was originally shown.
Minor if the result does not alter the planning permission substantially.
Beware though that this is all subjective so u should seek agreement with planner, in writing...

'such minor deviations that do not warrant the issue of enforcement proceedings by the Planning Authority as provided for in the Planning Acts'
