Housing Quality Assessments

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has any insight into these Housing Quality Assessments that Dublin City Council are now requesting for residential developments? I think it is a great idea, but unsure about what format is best. If anyone else has any experience I would greatly appreciate hearing about it.
