Certificate of Compliance

What is the siuation with a Certificate of Compliance.
Who can issue this. Does it have to be an Architect or can anyone do it. I.E can my builder do it.
Does it have to be by the original architect.

You will need a professionally qualified person to do this. If the cert. is in respect of property built since 1992 then the original architect will have to certify details in relation to building regs.
