Advise re: Consecutive submissions

Is it possible that the same person may lodge a second submission/observation in relation to the same planning application. I lodged a submission last week and since then I've found some very vital information regarding planning legislation that's relevent to the proposed development. Can I submit this seperately?

Yes if it is still within the 5 week period after submission of the Planning Application & there will be no fee if you have paid already.
