Nursery Plans needed please

Is there any architect out there who has successfully drawn up plans for a 20 children nursery and who'd be prepared to sell me a copy? I need a design which ticks all the boxes with the Pre-School officer/ADM Ltd for a nursery accommodating babies to 5 yr old children, which my architect can use as a template.
