The photos were sent on by an acquaintence living near Shanghai.
So my old impressions would be perforce limited to musings from the
external photos.
Clearly some have stuck to national motifs or have adapted Chinese ones -
and some hybrids
Occasional new departures.
But lenses - even video lenses - give a totally different view of what the eye
actually sees in reality.
So I'll say no more on them.
It's unlikely that - even with €500 return fares from Air France - that I'll
be going there before it closes.
