Greenwich Village furor

A very difficult decision for the powers that be.
On one hand you have the fantastic Greenwich Village with its wonderous and highly protected, low rise charm,
and on the other hand you have St Vincents hospital ,a much needed, long established - not for profit - hospital that is fighting a battle to expand ,to stay on top of things with high quality medical care.
