Type: Two phase international competition / phase one open and anonymous.
Subject: Design of a mega complex, including a opera house of 2000 seats, a music school and the quebec government headquarters in montreal.
Budget: 300M$CAN
Registration deadline: 30th of september
Registration fee: 400$CAN
Deadline for entries phase 1: 9 weeks after registration
Eligibility: all architects with 5 years+ registration in their country.
Award for phase 1: 10 equal prize of 25 000$ / 5 finalists move on.
Honoraries for phase 2: 5 teams get 210,000$ each. / winner gets commission.
Drawings in phase 1: 3 A1 board.
Drawings in phase 2: 6 A0 board.
